Terms & Conditions

  1. Booking & Advance: A non-refundable advance of 50% of the total package amount is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance must be paid on or before the day of the event.
  2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 15+ days in advance will receive a 50% refund. Within 15 days, no refund is provided; the amount may be adjusted against a future booking.
  3. Rescheduling: One free reschedule is allowed if requested at least 10 days before the event, subject to availability. Additional rescheduling may incur charges.
  4. Trial Makeup: A trial session is offered exclusively with the Signature and Luxe packages. It can be booked at an additional cost, which will be adjusted if the booking is confirmed.
  5. Travelling: Travel charges will be billed at actual cost, regardless of whether the venue is within Mumbai city limits or outside.
  6. Outstation: For outstation bookings, travel, accommodation, and food expenses for the artist and team will be borne by the client, in addition to the package cost.
  7. Timing: Please ensure the bride is ready at the scheduled time. Delays may impact service quality or incur additional charges. Kindly inform the artist of the expected ready time in advance for proper scheduling.
  8. Skin Sensitivity: Clients are advised to inform us about any skin allergies or sensitivities beforehand. We use premium, skin-friendly products, but we are not liable for any allergic reactions.
  9. Photography Rights: We reserve the right to use photographs of our work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing or verbally.
  10. Package Customization: All packages can be customized based on individual requirements. Custom pricing will be discussed and agreed upon before confirmation.
  11. Price Validity: The prices listed are valid as of the current date and may be subject to change without prior notice. Confirmed bookings will honor the price at the time of booking.
  12. Discount: A 2% discount will be offered on the final amount, similar to a token of appreciation, upon leaving a review on Google, Facebook, or Instagram, and is applicable with the Signature and Luxe packages.
